Picture released by Telam showing the destruction caused after a powerful blast ripped through a ten-story building, and destroyed another next to it, in Argentina’s third largest city, Rosario, on August 6, 2013 setting it ablaze and leaving at least eight dead and 61 injured, according to the latest report. Officials in Rosario said at least 19 people were still missing as hundreds of firefighters and rescuers searched the rubble of the edifice that was in danger of collapse.
