A Cuban uses an illegal wi-fi connection to surf the internet, on November 28, 2014, in Havana. The use of wi-fi connections is not permitted by the Cuban government, but many state offices, hotels and embassies forget to secure their connections, to anonymously facilitate connectivity of Cubans.
