Members of the NYPD arrive to the scene where a building burns after an explosion at a commercial and residential block on March 26, 2015 in New York’s East Village. The entire building at 125 Second Avenue was engulfed in flames and the lower two floors appeared partially collapsed, television footage and press photographs showed.
