Policía descarta acto terrorista tras intento de atropello a agentes en Capitolio de EEUU

La policía estadounidense descartó que el intento este miércoles de una conductora de atropellar a agentes cerca del Capitolio en Washington, tras estrellarse contra un vehículo policial, se trate de un acto “terrorista”, reseña AFP.

“Este acto parece ser de naturaleza criminal, sin vínculos con el terrorismo, por lo que el Capitolio permanece abierto al público”, dijo Eva Malecki, portavoz de la policía en esa jurisdicción.





“La conductora del vehículo mostró un comportamiento ‘extraño y agresivo’ y se hicieron algunos disparos durante la detención, peso sin dejar heridos”, detalló.
