The presidential commissioner for the UN, Miguel Pizarro, assured that this World Refugee Day not only commemorates the fortitude of all refugees in the world, but also the courage of millions of Venezuelans who daily continue to pursue their dreams despite having been forced to leave their lives in Venezuela.

“Today I also ratify the need for millions of Venezuelans to be protected and to be provided with the necessary tools to have quality of life, access to healthcare, food, education, labor, housing, public services and security,” added Pizarro in a letter disclosed through his official Twitter account.
