The Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Relations, Julio Borges, condemned that Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship uses the COVID-19 pandemic to keep the Venezuelan population crippled and weary, instead of buying vaccines.

“We denounce that Maduro intends to finance the Alba vaccine bank, to the detriment of millions of Venezuelans who today die due to their terrible management and politicization of the pandemic,” Borges said in a message posted on his Twitter account.
The Presidential Commissioner assured that this only confirms that the dictatorship continues to politicize a health crisis, buying political will with the money of Venezuelans instead of investing it in vaccines and supplies for our hospitals.
