Let’s save Venezuela’ got organized in the center-west of the country to demand a date for the Presidential election

More than a thousand delegates from the municipalities of the states of Yaracuy and Lara, in addition to national and regional leaders from both states, accompanied the President in Charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, in the Central West Zone held in the city of Barquisimeto this Friday.

“Let’s save Venezuela, let’s put our differences aside, here we are united. The freedom of Venezuela is going to be a conquest of all Venezuelans. We have to get rid of the dictatorship as soon as possible and we are going to achieve this,” stated President Guaidó before dozens of trade and union leaders.

Roberto Enríquez, leader of Copei, said that: “only Venezuelans can save Venezuela,” and set emphasis on the call for unity.

For her part, Ana Rosario Contreras, President of the Caracas College of Nurses, reminded everyone that “the focus is to get rid of the dictatorship and that is only possible in Unity.”

The Deputy of the legitimate National Assembly, Deyalitza Aray, invited those present to “advance in the conquest of the freedom of Venezuela”, she also stated that “Venezuela cannot be negotiated”.

Ms. Ana Salas, from ‘Encuentro Ciudadano’ party, stressed that “Unity, commitment and mobilization are necessary. We have to fight for freedom.”

Alfredo Ramos, from ‘Causa R’, recalled that “we are going to recover Venezuela because nobody gives up here,” he also joined the call to put aside differences in favor of Unity.

While Andrés Velázquez stressed that a month after the invasion of Ukraine “today we tell you to continue fighting like us here, we fight dictatorships.”

Finally, Deputy Biagio Pilieri asked those present to confront the censorship imposed by the regime. “We have to communicate, let’s do digital activism, let’s follow the official accounts of the government in charge.”
